TREATMENTS
Broken capillaries is a condition whereby tiny blood vessels become visible near the surface of the skin and usually appear as streaks or blotches. On the upper body area, face, neck and décolleté, broken capillaries can be caused by a number of different reasons, some which may be preventable. The most common cause is damage to the skin from sun exposure and excess dilation from a source of inflammation or irritation such as rosacea acne. Alcohol and smoking are also contributing factors.
Neck, face and nose redness, telangiectasia, rosacea, red blotches, and more are generally all conditions connected with the unusual dilation of superficial blood vessels and can be efficiently treated using the OR-Light. The light penetrates the skin, is absorbed by the haemoglobin contained in the superficial blood vessels and turned into heat and conducted to the target area.
The immediate or progressive photo-coagulation of the superficial blood vessels provides visible and spectacular results and a drastic improvement of the skin appearance in just a few sessions.
